As the title says, he’s stuck in my campsite and won’t leave no matter what I do, if anybody wants him then please take him! I’ll even throw even 5k bells or so just to get him off my hands, sigh......

How many villagers do you have? If he's your 6th, he will stay there until you take him. Unfortunately the game forces you to take your first camper
