[Roleplay] The Aftermath

I pack a delivery bag from a nearby pizza parlor with bags of food and bottles of water. It's heavy, but necessary. I pick up Sage and sling her over my shoulder. I announce: "Everyone. Blood-girl, I, and I guess Sage are going to get a head-start. We'll wait for you to catch up once we reach the city limits. If you want to come along, stop pretending to sleep and follow us." Compared to the bag I'm also carrying, Sage is surprisingly light.

quietly follows Helix around without saying a word and keeping a good distance from him

( I think I should go to ? )

(sure. unless you wanna be a rebel and stay just because I said you were going :p )

(But then Sage would get angry that someone else is left with her bag. lol)

(Let me get this straight, Helix left carrying Sage then Rena follows? What's the rest of the group doing? They just let those three leave?)

(What was Sai's reaction seeing Helix just carry off Sage like that? XD)

(( prolly this tbh

I start down the road, while blood-girl is silent as ever. I wonder what her deal is. She's so protective of Sage, even though it's pretty clear to me that Sage can handle herself most of the time. I just don't get her concerns... And thinking of last night brings me to another topic. What the hell was up with that game of Truth-or-Dare...? I don't see the point of prying into people's deep and personal feelings and secrets... that game seems like it serves only as a device to embarrass people and toy with their emotions in one way or another. I mean, even when it wasn't 'who do you like?', it was 'I dare you to kiss the person I think you do like'... These people seem like emotional wrecks to me. I know I'm the last person to talk about respecting privacy, so I could never say any of this out loud... but I just don't think physical objects being stolen equates to invading someone's thoughts and feelings and forcing them to share what they don't want to. And of course, everybody else was playing, since they wanted to know about everyone else...

I stop at an abandoned convenience store to look for anything edible or of use.

(Wow, didn't realize how much I wrote.)
