It is the year 2034. All seems normal, but a devastating storm hits on the night of May 16 at 2:48 AM. Not a normal storm however. A rare, much more powerful magnet storm. In the midst of the magnet storm, power is lost all around the world, gas runs out, and there is no food to be found as it has all been destroyed. Animals survived by retreating to their underground dens built sturdy, but humans did not have a chance to use this kind of protection.
After it is finally over, almost 2 days later, only 10 people survived the crumbling houses, opening chasms and all other dangers on all of Earth in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. These ten people must clear land, find food, survive the harsh nights and days, and rebuild society from the ground up as their ancestors did so long ago.
Keep in mind that the technology in this roleplay, while better than our technology in 2014, is still not advanced enough to protect and rebuild society from a storm like this. We will also assume that any weapons or advantages the characters had were destroyed or do not exist, as this is going to be treated like they can only use what they find.
