So I bought a watering can for my red turnip
...or so I thought. I only had it in my cart, but since I barely buy collectibles from the shop aside from the 2 I really liked, close to when I began my profile, I forgot you also had to checkout the item. Just logged back in to buy another watering can, and I realised I couldn't, when I checked, the reason was it was still in my cart, so...I looked at my pro and yup. Sure enough my red turnip has rot. ;_;

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't mad and not kicking myself right now cus they're sold out and I missed out on my first collectible event.
It's like a game currupting your data once you've made some good progress, it makes you want to quit on it for a while until you've gathered up your cool again.

Yes I know it's incredibly stupid to get mad over a digital item with no real value and no real purpose when there's worse things happening across the world -.-

It looked really cool and losing it makes me want to not log in for a while to not be reminded of what happened. இ ‸ இ Just like not wanting to restart a game because all your data is gone.

I mean this situation is kinda 100% your own fault, so not really

not saying it doesn't suck or you shouldn't be upset, but given how they give everyone about 24 hours to purchase a new watering can and there's not been much of server-side troubles during this event afaik, any error would be entirely user-side

best to just treat this as a lesson and move on. which hey, arguably better here than some high priority limited collectible

They might be tradeable, but I'm not sure. You can either keep it or sell it for a high profit, but it might just mean selling it back like regular turnips on the forum.

I checked again how the Red Turnip works and found this information here:

It will be giftable after the event. We will likely not have a buyback value in the shop, but this could be something we add to the event in the future.

So you can sell and buy it from others (or just keep it of course).

Yeah, it's totally my fault. -.- i recognize that completely. never said it wasn't.

that probably was a bad example but it's the best way i can describe how i feel right now) all i can do now is *try* to take this as a lesson, (keyword: try ;_; ) the thing is i tend to be a klutz, especially when I don't get enough practice. (like i said i barely buy a collectibles, since there's few i actually care about, so i completely forgot you had checkout the item too after putting it in your cart.) all this time i had in my head that i had already 100% bought a watering can.
