I forgot to talk to Rudy a few days ago on my 2nd character. Now he is being an idiot and think it's time to move... Grrr, I was so close to getting his picture on my Mayor.

I'm selling Rudy for 10,000,000. I am in college and work part-time. I can hold onto Rudy for weeks until a buyer is ready.
