These are some of the things that you should no do in the Trading Post.

Do not change the price or starting bid of your item.
If you are selling our auctioning an item, you cannot edit the amount of Bells you are asking for. There are editing logs, so an Admin can see if you edited or not.

Do not compare prices in someone else's store/selling thread.
You should not give a cheaper option for the cutomer in the seller's thread. You must either post you're own thread selling the item or PM the member.

You cannot cancel a bid or sale.
If you said you were buying an item or you won an auction, you must purchase the item. If there is a serious reason on why you cannot purchase the item, please PM me or another Admin.

You cannot advertise your product you are selling in someone else's store/selling thread.
Please do not say that you'd be willing to sell the same item for less in someone else's thread.

You cannot buy an item that is put up for auction, unless the seller specifically said you can, or if you privately contact the seller first.
This means that in an auction, you cannot buy the item, unless the seller states a 'buy-it-now' price. So if an item's current highest bid is 10,000 bells, DO NOT say "I will buy it now for 15,000 bells." The point of putting the item up for auction in the first place is so people can't just buy it.

You must specify a closing date on all auctions.
If a closing date is not specified on an auction, bidding can occur until the aucion is locked. It can be locked anytime after 1 week has passed, if no closing date was specified.
