Here's a tip--the Mysterious Flooring and Wallpaper that you can buy from Saharah for 3,000 bells are different from the ones that you get in exchange for tickets. Visitors will get the same Mysterious Flooring/Wallpaper that you buy from her, whereas the ones exchanged are random for each player.

I usually buy one of each small, medium, and large rug, then get another small and large rug to get 10 tickets.
