Ah, well the only one I've managed to get didn't have pen pressure....(that's really important isn't it? o: )

Yeah, the SAI on the mac doesn't have pen pressure which really sucks.
I think you'd have to retire SAI and find an alternative now. I have FireAlpaca and MediBang Paint Pro which work wonderfully on Mac.

There is no official version of SAI for the Mac OS, but you can wrap the windows version with Wine so that it can function in OSX. The problem with that though is that pen pressure and sensitivity won't work.
You can also run Parallels to boot up Windows on another window and then load up SAI, or load up Bootcamp with Windows before you even enter OSX. Both versions require a working version of Windows however.

wasn't too into firealpaca but Medibang seems promising! thanks c:
There's no fully functional sai for ios, but I highly recommend clip studio paint!!! It's not free, but it's not expensive either (it was 20usd last sale, I think)
As a previous SAI user, I found csp a lot easier to adapt to compared to firealpaca/medibang;; its brushes could be tailored to produce similar effects to SAI, which I can't seem to do on medibang >->o

I used to use SAI as well but swapped over to mangastudio - it's excellent. goes on sale every few months I think - sometimes it's 15usd.
