Science Fair Help

Okay, I'm doing a Science Fair project on whether or not temperature affects a person's mood or not. I've got part of my 10 page Scientific Paper done, but I'm having a little trouble with one part. You know how you find this little scale with smiley faces and such that rate how your mood or pain is at the doctor (not sure which one), and you use it to rate your mood on a scale of 1 to 10 with it? Could anyone help me find such a scale? Any links or images will do. I've done millions of Google searches and looked at many links, but to no avail, I've found none. Any help is very much appreciated!!!
