Not bad, the feathers on the back of his head looks alittle.. strange, but idunno, probably just me.
It's called Pixen. I have a Mac, so I can't use Paint, and Paintbrush is s***ty at spriting.

He said it was his idea for a fake water starter, but I guess it sorta does.

It's the 3rd evolution, so it's bigger, and they get bigger when they evolve, right?

i think it looks really good! the only thing i'd maybe fix is the leg sticking out looks kinda weird... idk how you'd fix it.. but otherwise looks amazing
