Sending mail to friends

I was just discussing this with my friend and I would love to send presents and mail to online friends! Maybe limit once per day so you cant flood people?s mailboxes. What other features would you like in the new game? E3 is coming up and I know I shouldn?t have high expectations but I do. Even if it?s just a glorious HD version of ac new leaf with slightly more features I wouldn?t be completely upset. I just can?t wait.

i've been wanting this exact feature for so long!!!!! apparently you could do it in city folk but i never knew cuz i didn't have a wii :c it would be really nice to be able to send my friends stuff every now and then without having to go to their town to do it, especially since my friends don't play very often

Yes, I would love to go to my town's post office and be able to send letters to my friends. You actually are able to send letters to friends in New Leaf, but it has to be from their town's post office. Which means anything you could say in a letter, you could just say right now because you're in their town.

Absolutely. I don't think you should be able to send mail to random people. But if they're on your friends list, this could be cute and a lot of fun. It would be way more interesting than sending letters to your villagers, who don't even understand what you're talking about.

I definitely have always wanted this feature. I think it's silly you can't send mail to your friends unless you were in their town. If you guys are on each other's friends lists then you should be able to mail them something via online.

As far as mailing randoms, I want them to add a message in a bottle functionality that can be turned on or off. I would love to just walk on the beach and find a bottle with a random message/gift. Even if it risks offensive and rude messages. I just want to see what random things people have to say. And concerned parents can just turn it off through parental controls.

they should make it so your mailbox can handle wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more mail lol 1 letter is so tiny

I agree with this idea! I plan on playing with as much people as I can on here and maybe do some trades. So if I have lots of friends on the Nintendo Switch, I would love to send them a random letter once in awhile. Who knows? They might just send one back. XD

Um, what? I’m a bit confused, The mailbox can handle 10 pieces of mail before becoming full, unless you mean having more pages on letters before they’re sent out (even then you can send out 10 pieces of mail at once)

i LOVE this idea! i've been hoping they'll add something like this. i'm sure they will, but we'll have to wait and see! please, Nintendo! we need to be able to send mail to our friendos <3
