Serious TBT bells problem

I know this is a really noobish problem

I can't find anyone's Tbtb ID number and I really want to start using my tbt bells to buy items

I clicked on a memer's name(even stormcommander) and I don't see any Tbt bell ID number anywhere
I can't even find mines :O (and I have logged into the bell system)

I thought this bell system thing would be easier -.-


sooo, how do I find other memeber's tbtb ID #?

I'll keep that in mind, but I only want a few items
tbtbs are not very important to me but its still good to be treated fairly
