Here's one I really worked hard on:

Hotel (Imperial Hotel redesign and expansion): 0107-7774-493
Make sure you check out the super fancy new lobby, as well as the two new guest rooms, one with all the blue series furniture, and one with all the green series furniture.

Some other public facility redesigns:

Concert Hall (NTNDO Music Hall): 0009-7794-358
Enough space for 4 musicians and 3 singers, as well as 10 audience seats.

Department Store (I'll leave it up to you!): 0797-7791-410
Fancy new lobby, and renovated shops and dining room.

Shop (General Store): 0703-7792-399
Stocked with almost everything I could think of.

And finally:

School (Nintendo High): 0402-7742-384
Renovated hallway and classrooms.
