I have a shop in the Nintendo General for Fantasy Life, if I close that one and then open it to the TBT Marketplace would that be spam/get me in trouble? Thank you in advance!

I'd report it so a moderator can move it so you won't get in trouble for cross-posting (this ain't likely tho)/confuse anyone, unless you want to redo your shop entirely.
