Arekkusu was breathing heavily. He began to run faster and faster. The distance to get to his house seemed endless. When he least expected it, Brosley caught up. Arekkusu froze in fear of Brosley's next move. He knew that a wrong one could end his life. He began to have a flashback of the other day back in Period 4 Gym, where his troubles all began.
"Next student please!"
Arekkusu walked to Coach Miller with fear.
"Go run the lap backwards son!"
"But why me sir?!" yelled Arekkusu, full of anger.
"I said run, son!"
Arekkusu began to jog backwards. He knew making Coach Miller mad was suicide. When he was halfway to the finish, he saw a huge hole covered up with a black rug. The side of the hole was horribly covered, and while no one was looking, Arekkusu pushed the rug away. He saw a huge hole with a small ladder coming out. Before he could look inside the hole, Coach Miller screamed at him for touching "school property."
Arekkusu went to go finish the lap and trudged back to his locker afterwards.
