Should I get a Harvest Moon rom?

I got a Wild World rom and loved the Crossing series, and then I heard of a similar series called Harvest Moon. Apparently if you replace the animals with humans, and make the goal to have the best farm ever instead of whatever the hell you want, you get Harvest Moon.

Should I get a rom of it? If so, which game do I start with?
DSi and GBA roms only, because those are the only working emulators I have that don't ask for my credit card information, and actually HAVE Harvest Moon games on them.

Stealing games (downloading roms) is fine as long as you keep it a secret. But since this is public my answer is no. Go buy a Harvest Moon game.
