Should I reset my town?

Hi there! I´m Olivia. I have been thinking of resetting my ACNL town, and here are the reasons:

1. My town is kind of a mess
2. I didn´t enjoy the process of building the town because I didn´t play much
3. I feel like I haven´t played well or enjoy the experience
4. I don´t like my town´s main fruit

There are some things that stop me:
I have all the shops.
I have great villagers, but two of them left recently and I can also get them in my tew town.

What do you think? I really need a second opinion. Should I reset my town?

I can imagine deleting a town with such progress would be tough.
do you like your town overall? do you enjoy playing there? even though you have unlocked so much, you mustn't forget it can always be re-unlocked. your town can be cleaned, but even then, would you be able to fully enjoy the game?
despite the progress you have made, would you enjoy the game more if you had a blank slate to work with? would you enjoy it more if it were simply another town?

I reccomend basing your choice on your answer to those questions.

Thanks for the questions! My town isn´t really decorated and I can re-unlock everything, as you said. No, I wouldn´t really enjoy it. I think
I´m going to reset my town.
Also I have almost the same villagers in my New Horizons island, so I am not going to miss them.

And I can get those villagers again in my new town! Also, my favourite villager left so that gives me more reasons to reset my town and enjoy the process more.
