Should i start a new game?

Hi guys, im debating over if i should start a new game. This is mostly because of simple reason (ex: dont like my neighbors, dont like the location of their homes, dont like the location of my river, and i dont exactly love my town layout.

i have a complete house, extra bridge, and fountain. All DLC(so far), hero suit, full gorgeous set, few golden roses, etc... IF or WHEN i start a new town, i want someone to come over so i could give them all my stuff +bells to hold until i get my new town.

So furthermore, SHOULD i start a new town? i can easily pay off my house and get the town donations again. i only have about 3.4 mill bells.

Sure, why not? You'll have all your items/money back, so there's nothing really to lose.
