I think I know how he decides shoe color but we should disscus this!

We aleready have the hair guide and the face guide now for the shoe color!

There's been a lot of threads made on this and to be perfectly honest I don't think there is any way anybody can make a proper guide, he just matches your shoes to your shirt/hat/hair.
