Title, basically.

Post an image of your favourite flower combos! Doesn't even have to be strictly hybrids. I just felt that since there are so many unique combinations for us to use and we all likely like different pairs, I just thought this would be a fun thread to share our stuff and perhaps give others some inspiration.

To start off, here's a couple of mine!

Hmm, maybe not roses in the majority of cases. But I did put red cosmos with blue roses for my entrance and, yknow, it looks aight! (whoops, don't have pics of it and I plucked my blue roses today for the crown DIY oof)

I've been doing combos for pretty much all the flowers on my island, here's what I've got so far (several pics, threw all of it in a spoiler):

- black roses x white tulips - ended up not using, but it looks gorgeous! (don't have a pic for it sorry)

- white cosmos x blue hyacinths - around my star pond

- pink tulips x white lilies - surrounding Ursala's house

- orange tulips x white mums - surrounding Billy's house. Mums chosen because if I were a goat, mums be lookin real tasty ngl. (Also threw in some weeds bc he needs a well-rounded diet LOL) orange tulips x blue windflowers might look amazing too

- I want to do black cosmos x orange pansies for Clay's house, but I don't have black cosmos yet, hope this will look good. It's meant to reflect Clay's colors lol

- yellow tulips x pink roses! I'm proud of this one lol. May add orange lilies or orange cosmos to complete the sunset palette (ignore that purple rose lol)

- white pansies x orange windflowers for my bamboo/zen area! Not bunched together, but spread out, it's a great look

- I plan on doing pink hyacinths x green mums once I get green mums... for Melba's future residence

- a wide assortment of flowers I threw together for Sandy's neck of the woods. I really like it. The pink mums are the MVP here

And finally, for anyone who's struggling to find a good use for red tulips like I am... blue roses or blue windflowers pair... decently!

And I'm still waiting to see if white roses x black lilies will work. Also still trying to find a use for all the other flowers... I threw another wide assortment into my campsite forest but I don't like it tbh
