Signature/Avatar Request

I'm looking for someone who can nicely make a clean and cute looking signature/avatar set for me. I'm willing to pay 400 bells for a very nice set!

I havent a clue how to compose an avatar on forums and was wondering if somebody could create one for me or of any AC character ?
