Signature help

To me, my signature looks smaller than everyone else's, but when I find a different picture that I like, it ends up being way too big to put in my signature, but I don't know how to re-size pictures, as I'm not familiar with the majority of the art programs I own, except for Paint. Can someone help me? >_<

dont use the tbt uploader. upload your image to a diff site then use image tags

What site do you suggest? And also, what are image tags? (I mean, I know what they are, but how do I use them?)

Oh, never mind, I just realized I don't need one. Do you mean copy and paste the URL from the omnibox (on the top of the browser) or one of the links on the right of the picture?

Edit again, in the Signature Privileges, it says "Allow HTML-No"...?

Okay, I'm sorry for the double post, but I figured out how to make it a decent size. I was supposed to use the BBCode (message boards & forums) code, but it made it much too big for my signature. o_o
