Signature Help!

I've been trying for a couple days to upload my gif signature. I'm pretty sure that it's the right size, but whenever I try to upload it, it just says something among the lines of "invalid" or "you can't upload animated images". I'm really confused, I've tried to search it up but nothing helps! Here is a link (out of the 20+ I uploaded) to what I'm trying to upload. http://imgur.com/a/z36T8

You have to go into the addons section of the shop and purchase an animated signature or profile pic addon. You have to pay btb to use gifs, sorry!

Actually it looks like they only have one for avatars, so if you buy just that one, you could probably use animated gifs too!

Try using BB code for your signature instead of the insert image option, see if that works.
You don't need to buy anything for your signature to work that I'm aware .

Mine worked,
All I did was saved the image to my pc and uploaded it from computer

You don't need to purchase anything from the shop. Upload the image to an external hosting site (I prefer imgur.com) and insert the URL as an image when you're editing your signature as shown:

You also need to be sure that the file type is included in the link, which in this case would likely be a .gif. Enter it exactly like this as shown above: [img]http://i.imgur.com/TL351RQ.gif[/img] and it should work.

LMAO this is revolutionary for many. Tbh I was having the same struggles a couple weeks ago when I was trying to upload mine. I even cropped it over and over until it was down to a ridiculously tiny image but it still wouldn't upload and I was like why

Then I remembered BB code existed. After all these years I forgot how to forum.
