Signature spacing/size

Why does the signature spacing change?



I wanted to add another line of text maybe, but now that I see that the spacing changes, it might go oversize so I'm avoiding that. (The pic was taken in the same thread)

You get whitespace under your signature when you have a short post because the box around your post needs to expand to fit your postbit. The postbit is the bit to the left side of your post which lists your username, post count, items, etc.

Feel free to add more to your signature. The whitespace on smaller posts doesn't count towards your signature size when considering our rules.

If your post doesn't have many lines, the signature space will end whenever there is enough room for your side bar information and items. The extra space isn't counted for the sig limit.
