Silver Shovels?

So I got a Silver shovel the other day, not saying how so I don't spoil the fun for everyone, but does anyone with it, know if it does anything special?

Hitting the rock in your town that spits out money gives you 10% more money if you hit it with the silver shovel.

In case you didnt know, the rock changes every day and you can only do this once per day, hit the rock as many times as you can as fast as you can.

There are silver and gold versions of every tool, except the timer (which im not sure is in City Folk)

Nope, gold shovel is still there.

Gold shovel allows you to bury money into money trees, both useful in their own respects.

yeah, I say either you either randomly find out how to do it, or go cheat hunting and figure it out. But its a fun little surprise I'll tell you that much!
