Oh it's easy.
First you look for my avatar in this thread. Underneath you should click the number next to the title called "Wifi/Trade Rating".
Once you clicked that, it will transfer you to a page.
Then look on the right hand side of the website, you'll see "Trader Rating Statistics" and you'll see the "Submit Feedback for [insert username]. It will take you to the page.
