Skin Texturing On Pictures

I wanted to know if anyone is good on skin texturing on pictures?

I have a few things that people did for me and I wanted to see if someone could help me or give me some pointers on how to take a human skin texture and mask or put it over the art either I have done or someone has done for me? Thanks
