Have you had her before? It'd need to be 16 villagers moved out since then if you have.

Ohh my... i guess i cant a villager into my village that moved out once already. I have to get 16 villagers cycled out until i get that same villager again. Maaaaan i wanted Skye back in my village because she moved out a few days ago and shes my FAVORITE. If you wouldnt mind can i ask you in a few days when i moved 16 villagers out to get her again? Sounds kinda stupid but it would be really coool
