Sly grew up in a small town, so small that the town square milage was less than a square mile. As soon as he graduated high school, he went straight to the recruiter and signed up for the army right away. And then he was off, to begin a life that wasn't filled with farmland.
His first position was in a jungle area, helping rebuild the area after a few natural disasters had hit at once. After a few years of tour, he had picked up a few macho phrases and behaviors.
Unfortunately, the tour seemed to be the high point of his life. After 20 years in the army, he decided to move to a little town, and decorated his house in a style reminiscent of the jungle lands he spent so much of his life. He continued the habits he had learned in the military, and considers himself the commander of the entire village.
