The gyroid's facial expression is horrible compared to the ones of the smilies (not that I'm saying the gyroids are bad, it's just that the smilies look more betterer).

I don't know why but even though those Gyroid smilies are there I still seem to use the IF smiles more...And I agree that Gyroids should be the default.

They do have one problem and that is they are too big for the text and make margins on the top and bottom of the line they (example: :gyroidsmile: ) are on.
