Hey there, I am so excited to be here! Why am I so excited? Because I just ordered Animal Crossing: New Leaf for my 3DS. I know I am a little late to the game but better late than never, I say! I ordered a 3DS XL because I am taking a step back from World of Warcraft for a more casual gaming experience. I stumbled across AC via a YouTube video about 3DS games and I thought it looked like so much fun! So, I started to look into it and found the Pocket Camp game. I started playing it and I love it! I believe I will love ACNL even more! I can't wait to get started. I was actually looking at QR codes which is how I stumbled across this forum. I hope to make some friends here who love Animal Crossing and I also hope to learn a lot!

Hi! Welcome! As a late comer to ACNL myself (been playing for less than a year) I can tell you that you're never too late for ACNL. lol! The game is so much fun & this forum is a huge help. Thank you! I already learned something tonight! I learned that the town character limit is only...8 characters and not 12! So, I have to rethink my possible town names, though Irisfae seems to be the popular choice.

Yay! I'm so glad you were able to find that out before trying to name your town. I named my town by accident trying to see how many letters we could have. lol!

Well, I don't know about a theme as I don't know what my options are...just that I love purple. But, I'm leaning hard towards Moon Bay for my town name.
