So many terrible villagers on my island

I could not find anyone even tollerable on island tours, and had to take random move ins. Asde from Cherry who I started wth, and the random move ins of Molly Peewee, and Sprinkle, who are OK, I HATE my other villagers. Stu, Hippeux (one of only 2 hippos I dislike), Naomi, Filbert, Goose. These 5 are all terrible!! Seriously a Cow AND a Bull? Seriously why does this have to happen to me?

I am not going to rest, I just wnat to post about how ANGRY I am with the games thoughts on who it thinks I want.

I don't mean to come off as rude or anything but I think you need to try and relax a bit, villagers aren't forever. You will always get new ones as time goes on. Just play the game and stop worrying so much about your villagers. I have villagers I don't like too but I know that I'm gonna be able to get rid of them someday.

Having a collection of unwanted villagers is just how Animal Crossing goes. It's up to us to work towards getting the ones we love, unless we're lucky enough to have them move in on their own. Luckily, Nintendo has made this easier with Amiibos as of Welcome Amiibo

Yeah, this is why I'm in no rush to get 10 villagers. I'd much rather have an emptier island with villagers I can stomach than having a complete island with animals I want gone. I'm currently sitting at 8 and have been for a while. I don't want random move-ins, so I don't place new plots unless I know I'm going on a mystery island spree or I'm going to trade. I'll set the plot early in the morning so I can spend the entire day island jumping and finding someone I tolerate, which can be tiresome but it saves me headaches down the line. I'll push to 10 eventually, but 8 are more than enough at the moment, especially when I like 7 of them.

I have Stu, he great. In WW I had Whitney but I also had Tipper and Angus and they are both well made beef free cow.

I wouldn't mind if it was a villager or two that I hated, it's strait up MOST of the island's villagers I hate with a burning passion. As in 4-5 good to bad ratio.

That's why I avoided placing down plots carelessly and risk getting random move-ins. There are too many villagers I don't like.

That’s pretty smart. Plus you can just lay down plots when are ready to adopt a villager you want. I wish I had thought of this.

Aww, I really like Filbert! If you don't it's okay though, they will all ask to move out eventually and you can all replace them. Villagers aren't forever. You can even try to make them leave faster with time travel if you want.

I don't like the Squirrel villagers very much. They are among my least favorites.

I did the same thing! Currently have 8 villagers. Just waiting for the right moment a fav villager is in the campsite and also the fact that I do not know where to put the 9th and 10th plots xD

There's a little over 400 possible villagers in NH. I don't know what villagers you're looking for, but if there's only a small number you'd like to have, the probability of getting those are actually kind of small. So it's not the game hating on you, it's just probability and RNG.

i think it's silly to hate on villagers.
their dialogue and mannerisms are the same in each personality. so if you hate someone, you either hate their personality type or their looks. i can understand disliking a personality, but hating on a villager because of their appearance/look is kinda ???? i dont know, useless and imature?
i personally appreciate some of the funky and funny designs some villagers have. they are obviously made to be "ugly"

I’m surprised you don’t like Filbert! I really like him. Molly is one of my dreamies and Sprinkle was a past dreamie so I would be super pleased to have them. Silver lining is that it’s not forever, just got to keep looking for villagers you like! Good luck in your search!
