I was trying to close my other thread and don't see administrative tools available as an option:

In fact I don't see it on my other threads either. *or this thread now that I've posted* Am I missing something? Do I need to enable it? Am I looking in the wrong spot? What's up?

In some places like the Bell Tree HQ and Animal Crossing: New Leaf boards, you can't close them. You'll have to request a Mod to do it.
