(Solved) Be careful!I got a glitch!!! (items merged and can’t be moved)

Hi! Please help I got bug problems in the game, my best friend visit my island via dodo code and he tried to pick my recycle boot on the table and then wood table is gone and I can't move anything until now. I tried to remove the fence to have more space to pull the furniture but now I can't even build a fence at the same place. I putted the butterfly on the ground to see if I can pick up but not T_T If there's anybody has the same issue please let me know how to fix it.

I have restart as the support center told me to but it still doesn't help and don't know when it will be resolve so i'm not sure to continue playing (i'm afraid of losing all the progress). Thank you so much

You cannot move, place, or take furniture online.
Visits cannot take furniture that has been "PLACED". Only dropped.
You cannot give players fish/bugs. They need to earn these on their own.

If your problem is that you somehow got stuck, you need to end the session, and then save-and-quit. I don't know if Resetti's Rescue Service works online.

Hi i have dropped the recycle boots on the wood table before my friend came, and it's just a glitch after he visit and try to pick it up.

Do you mean that you're just stuck now or your game doesn't work properly anymore?

I actually have an issue kinda like that. It happened while playing multiplayer (within the same console), i placed a switch down to give it to my son and it weirdly glitched.. I cant pick it up, i cant move it, but i can turn the switch on and off xD Not sure who to really contact about this. I looked on the website and apparently chat is closed due to COVID?

You have to refresh the website of support center it show unavailable for me too at first , I have refreshed for 3-4 times ><

What if you try moving a building there, like a villager home? It may move the items to recycling bin.

It seems for me the only thing affected is just that area. I dont mind it since Im sure theyll patch it up somehow Though TT wont affect anything more (Since im still playing and TT'ing xD). :c hoping this gets fixed soon! Ill try to submit mine as well just so they see its affecting others as well

Hope this gonna be fixed soon. Thank you so much for sharing and sending our feedback to the Nintendo team. I will continue playing too. Currently will try to create another account to build at the error area. Will see if it will be able or not because the error area is the area between my house and the river. (Not sure it will be enough space for the tent for another account )

Oh man! Thats amazing x.x However for mine its inbetween my house and my son's.. Ill have him restart his game file since he just started off. Thanks for the resolution c:
