Guest, you're invited to help build our new TBT time capsule! It contains three parts, with some of its elements planned to open in 2029 and others not until the distant future of 2034. Get started in 2024 Community Time Capsule: Blueprints.
Even tho I don't have a Switch =^(( (I want to get one eventually tho) I'm really looking forward to seeing the new features, villagers, etc. I've played most the games except WW and HHD (which I also really want) so there's some thing I miss from the old games.
Things I want
+ I want to bring back constellations. I loved making them in CF.
+ More fruit
+ Flea markets, I know they have it in New Leaf but I liked CF flea markets better b/c more options to get furniture from villager houses.
+ More clothes options. I like how in pocket camp you can get different types of clothes like long skirts, jackets, wings, etc. I also want to be able to make pro designs of pants, shoes, socks, etc. also be able to customize accessory colours.
+ More Exterior options and be able to customize villager house exteriors, like in HHD
+ Character customization like in Pocket Camp
Well that's all I can think of for now. What things would you like to see in the new game?
100% agree with everything here, especially when it comes to bringing back the constellations
and the Flea markets. I also would like to have more clothes options. Pocket Camp has a lot of
clothes and accessories I would really like to see in the Switch game, so I sure hope they gonna
add them all.
Overall, I would like to see new town layouts, new animal species and new shops.
- an ingame way to have real paths
- bigger town, more than 10 villagers
- 3 layered cliff towns, like in the gamecube game
- a way to control where villagers live without an exploit like plot resetting
- more personalities, maybe even sub personalities, more dialogue, and snooty and cranky villagers staying true to their sassiness and grumpiness.
I know everyone wants AC Switch to be a big step up from New Leaf and I really think it will be but as long as I get those features listed above and everything from new Leaf was included, I would be very happy. Everything else will be a bonus.
I absolutely would love to see all of this in the switch game, some definites that I want to see would be
- the return of the Flea Market,
- I'd love to see more fruit,
-Since the game is going to be on the switch I'd love to see a bigger town with more villagers, or even a way to select what size kind of town you'd like,
- More and More villagers, and maybe even different animals for villagers to be
- Maybe even something split off from the villager like tortimers island, but like more or more place that you could travel to
- I also wouldnt complain about functional Public works projects or more of them (Also it'd be nice if you started the game with public works projects needed to get you a perfect town ;-; im currently looking for Nature public works projects to no avail)
- yessss the constelations were the best
- yea they need for fruit variety, maybe a town could have two types of native fruit
- obviously more villagers
- functional public works projects would be amazing, I love how they look but I'd want more interaction t make them seem like more of a town
- I'd also want more interactions and different interaction types with villagers
- I wouldn't want to control where the villagers place their house I like the surprise (I know it can be annoying when they plant it in the most inconvenient places but still im the mayor not a god)
- paths being an actual thing you can add in game, like villagers use them and they make stone noises
- I'd like more hair options, especially for those of us that are different ethnicity
- I'd want a town down area that is more busier as well, like going into k.k's club was cool but not when theirs only one other person. I want other villagers to be their kinda like CF but more.
I don't think i'd want to control everything about the villagers, like I said I'm the mayor not a god. I want their personalities to chose what their houses look like. It adds the randomness that makes each one unique. I bought HHA after it came out and yea it was fun at first but eventually the game just got boring and predictable because I had too much control.
I would really like it if they brought back the house designs that were in city folk and wild world. they had some really attractive house designs instead of the same house just having changed roundness/squareness etc. They just looked so much better..
Adding in that I would like to be able to do my mayoral duties even during event days. Holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas make sense but stuff like the fishing tourney that only lasts for part of the day, you should be able to do your job after the event. Right now in new Leaf the fishing tourney and shamrock day are back to back and that's two days I can't do anything.
Villagers dont request any favors either during events or even when other villagers are having a birthday, which is weird.
Its like the world comes to a stop during these events even if the event is just Isabelle standing in a plaza all day to give you an item.
One thing that would be really neat if they brought back was the way in City Folk, you had an upper part of town and a lower part. I liked seeing the little waterfall in between the two parts of the town. I miss that so much and the fact of that in Wild World and City Folk, one of the maps had it's own little section that made it look like an island. The river splitting in two was my favorite map. I'm not too fond of the New Leaf maps, so I hope they improve and give us better maps to choose from and not this winding, and winding rivers. Other than that, I'm looking forward to seeing if they give the villagers and NPCs more dialogue. It was kinda lacking in New Leaf a lot. So, better maps and better dialogue.
•Bring back blue cosmos
•More plants/furniture/villagers/shops/NPCs ect...
•As a pwp, allow us to build Farley and Serena's fountains, even if purely for aesthetics.
•Allow for Pocket Camp and the Switch to link up and transfer furniture items. ALL of the ones we have in our catalogue.
