Looking For Someone to design an island flag for me!

Hi, I'm looking for someone who would be willing to make an island flag for me. I've got a good idea of what I'm after and can include reference images to help.

It's not a basic design so I am after someone who is good at designing with detail. I can pay in bells or NMT sadly not TBT cause I don't have much of it. I also can get you Sanrio sets or posters of villagers and NPC characters too if you're after them. Thank you! ^ ^

I would potentially be interested in making an island flag for sanrio items, but it depends on what you want (mainly whether I think it'd work in my art style)

Those are really adorable designs! I'll post my reference images of what it is I want and if you're up for it then I'm happy to trade whatever Sanrio items you're after in return!

My friend actually made my flag but she isn't available to do it this time. It's pretty much a copy of this but instead of Mithra it has Thrablu on it. I don't want a border and I'm hoping for two roses to be side by side with the same greenery and little buds? I'd like for one to be blue and one pink which resembles both mine and my sister's favorite colors.

If it isn't possible to do the two roses I'm happy for one rose to be half blue and the other half pink but with the border around it. Maybe the colors could blend from blue to pink but I feel that would be too complicated? XD Either way I'd be happy with either design.

Yeah, I can do something like that! Do you prefer the bg/writing part is like chalk or embroidery?

And would these 10 be okay? (to clarify, 2 copies of cinnamoroll table)
