Space Cadet Pets- New Homepage layout idea

Hey! So, this is the overview for my site-in-the-making, Space Cadet Pets! An adoptables site based off of the idea that ANYONE can make beautiful art!

Here is some of the lineart and pets I have made already;
Some of them are more exclusive than others. (The pink one is mine- my fursona, the site mascot!)

They're a bit sloppy, though I'm just starting out!

I think the overall space cadets idea is very cute however I feel that the graphics on the heading banner don't look too good so I would suggest getting a piece from someone on the forums.

Other than that, I think the idea is AMAZING!

The link doesn't work, since we don't have access to your HTML file (it's stored on your computer's hard drive). To allow people to view the code, you're going to have to use a website host, which usually costs money. However, you can use Google Drive to host your website, as a free alternative. Hosting with Google Drive is completely free, but the downside is that the URL you get is super long. You can shorten it with URL-shortening sites like Bit.ly, but the long URL will still show on the address bar once you get on the website itself. Regardless, I can show you how to do this, if you'd like :-]
I use Google Drives myself to host my portfolio, since I'm super cheap, lmao. So it's a nice option for showing people the live version of your website.

Alternatively, you can paste the HTML onto Pastebin and then provide a link to the paste, so that people can C+P the code and put it into an HTML/CSS/JS viewer such as JSBin.

Hey, just checked out the design you drew for the homepage and it looks good so far! The SPC website seems like it would do well with a one-page layout, the way you have everything set up at the moment. Is that what you were going for? I do remember that you told me you were planning on connecting multiple pages to the main page, so a front page that has an overview of all the contents would be a great idea.

Though if I have any critique for the design, I would recommend you to possibly make it a bit more modern, since website design has pretty much shifted in favor of a more minimalist and "sleek" look. That being said, you could do a lot with the stars motif you have going on. You can definitely use that to make a cool space-themed and good-looking website :-]
What are your plans for it, actually? I think it would be a great idea to learn coding, so you can manage the website yourself, but finding someone to collaborate with would possibly be even better.

The homepage will be the first thing people see when they go on the site, and I wanted to add small things at the top (where it says nav. 1, nav. 2, etc.) they will be links to other small pages, such as pet collections, forums, etc.

Also, yes, there will be many, many stars xD
