It's been months since the last character, so perhaps Sakurai is planning to announce one groundbreaking character into Brawl when updates start up soon. Any ideas?

The characters he announced were probably ones from start, seeing as they are the stars of their franchise. Expect Ganondorf, Luigi, Tails etc. to be unlockable.

NO Tails. Only one 3rd party from a franchise


And you never know, he could spring an update on us with a new character. My guess would be Captain Falcon.
