Spooky Animal Crossing Stories

If there's already been a thread for this, I apologize

I know Halloween's long since over, and this may be a slightly ridiculous question, but have you had any spooky Animal Crossing experiences? Just some glitches, creepy villagers, weird item finds, wifi encounters, etc. Even a night in your town that gave you a bad feeling.

And I ain't looking for Creepypastas, my friends. Never read them, don't want to.

He's got a pre-release of New Horizon's down in the gutter he crawled out of, though.

Once in a while when I get Resetti I get a glitch where none of my buttons or menu icons work. Resetting again usually fixes it though, thankfully. My circle pad also moves on its own without me touching it too sometimes. My character will randomly start slowly and spookily walking downwards... Just an old and very used 3DS ahaha.

The scariest of all though is that I really cannot remove ACNL from it... The cartridge takes a lot of popping in and out to be recognized anymore, so I decided not to test it.

Actually the way I met Wolfgang was a little creepy.

I had only been playing the game a few days and wasn't up to speed on the common things each personality would say, and I wasn't sure what the villagers were really like.

It was almost 4.00am, and I see Wolfgang in the dark, prowling around with a shovel.
I wondered what he was doing out so late with a shovel.

Burying bodies actually did cross my mind, as I said, I didn't know what the game was about at first.

Then he spots me, comes over and says "Take my Exotic Bureau. Don't say anything, just take it!".

The way he said it made me think it was stolen. And.. WAS he burying bodies? O_O

Then I got to know the game, and that cranky villagers were very generous. ^_^
