Do you use a base?
unsure atm, maybe some will be made entirely by me, and others from bases i find??
Can they be slightly animated (because duh, talking)?
yess!!
Can you do OC ones or just mayors?
why not both??
How many expressions can be ordered at once? (like example: one just talking, maybe then you could make one laugh, or cry, or be angry at something, like how many different expression could/would you do)
uhh, i guess i'll cross that bridge when i get there- but yeah i could totally do a talking/laughing/crying/angry/etc if i get some experience
