Cousin Redd's Nightmare
It's the first day of spring! Hooray!
Spring's probably one of my favorite seasons. The other is Fall. This morning I woke up and as I got my cat a spoonful of tuna we both noticed all the birds playing around on the patio in the back yard. I'd missed the sounds of birds chirping every day. Flora missed it too. She looked like she was ready to leap through the window at them!
I absolutely HATE the cold. Spring means warmth is coming back to my world! Means I'll be able to open my window and enjoy some fresh air. I can't open the window during the summer. My grandfather gets mad and yells at me. I also love this time of year because all the green comes back to the trees and all the flowers start to bloom again. I have a green thumb like my mother. Even though my grandparents would refuse any requests for me to have a garden, I can still enjoy the sights of flowers and stuff.
