Well I have gotten tired of thinking of characters that could be in SSBB, the list has the problem of not ending....
So instead I wish to make a list of people who can't be in it, feel free to add on any you think can't be in it but please have a good reason for it
Below are ten to start the list

Chuck Norris: reason- No one could ever beat him, not even himself D: (not to mention the fact I don't think he has been in any legit video game... has he?)
Toad: reason- sorry but he is already an attack..... Who else would peach call on to take pain and fart back damage on enemies for her?
Superman: Reason- his 64 game was just that bad.
the DDR arrows: Reas... I don't think it needs one.
Shaq: Reason- He has had bad luck going ito anything but basketball.... for those who remember such things as Shaq Fu and Kazaam (the movie once referenced as a 'scary movie' because of Shaq's acting) just make me say no to letting him even attempt to get in.
Winnie the Pooh: Reason- Yes he was in Kingdom Hearts, and even other games, but ..... some things need to stay out of the fray.... I am certain many of you have a soft spot for this pudgy bear too!
The hand in the toilet: Reason- We all know this hand from the oracle of ages zelda GBC game, do we really want to think of how it could fight? blech :barf:
Giant goron / (insert anything of giant proportions): Reason- well these guys could be used as scenery but not as a character, could you imagin a Waillord on super shrooms? not on one of those little super smash stages you couldn't.
Gods: reason- Yes with games such as Black and White and God of war, Gods could be available but no one else could ever beat him with out an extremely long plot line..... except for Chuck Norris....
Jar Jar Binks: Reason- as much fun as it could be to beat him up I fear he would still be too annoying.... I could see it now, he can hurt your character by simply talking.
