Starting Bells

Hello! I'm very new to TBT and my friend who said I should sign up told me we get starting bells. I couldn't seem to find a thread about this so sorry if there already is one. Do we actually get starting bells? How many and when? I assume it's after a couple days and a couple posts, but I have no idea. Thank you so much!

No, they just announced that they are no longer giving out welcome bells due to abuse. People were making alternate accounts to get those welcome bells.
