Looking For Stepping stone path to match the natural ramp

I'm looking for a path that matches the natural ramp type of incline as seamlessly as possible. Does anyone have or know of anyone who has a path design like this? Thank you!

I use these for my town! MA-6302-1636-2504, Or at least that's the code I have written down in my notes for this path, lmk it it doesn't work!
