He's moving on the 2nd September but I'm going to TT to his leaving date so you can have him asap

Starting bid: 500k
Minimum increment: 100k
End time: August 31st at 10pm GMT (it's the equivalent of Sept 1st 7am EST Aust time, or Aug 31st 6pm EST US time)

Please offer only bells at this moment, it's a little hard to assess bell values of furniture sets, etc. I'm also not looking for any villagers at the moment.
