Okay. So there's two signatures mentioned here on the bell tree.
First, is your FORUM signature. It's everything that's under that thin grey line when you post. So my banner advertising my discord server, is part of my signature.
Then there's signatures for petitions. Sometimes animals will come up to you and say they have a petition for you to help them get signatures on. The signatures have to come from animals in another town, so you take the petition, travel to someone else's town and find six of their villagers to sign the petition, then go back home and present it to the villager who asked.
