Hippeux was walking around town one night when he approached young bear cub, Maple, reading a book on fruit. She smiled at him and they began to chat.
"How are you on this beautiful evening?" he asked, smirking.
"I'm great. Just reading this fascinating book. Would you like to borrow it when I'm done?"
To Maple, he and Eugene were very similar. Both of them had the same sort of things to say and they sounded the same. But she was kind to everyone because she believes if you give kindness, you receive it.
But one thing about these two made everyone else upset. First off, Phoebe approached Hippeux when she first saw the two talk, and she was upset. Eugene and Maple were her friends and she knew they were very close.
"Hey, man. What's your deal? What are you trying to do?"
