Still somewhat new to this... Are you able to make 2 different towns? If so where do you go to make the 2nd one?

I don't think you can make a second town, but if you can It's complicated, I think...

Technically, you can't make another town.
But I believe there is some complicated way you can do it if you're good with that stuff.
