Subscribing to threads

I would like to know when you subscribe to a thread what it means by "to my CONTROL PANEL only" I am not sure what that means?



Also when it says the email one is it talking about the email you used in order to register for this site?

When you subscribe to a thread it means that you will have that thread in your subscribed threads list for easy access. You can configure it so that whenever someone posts in a subscribed thread, you get an email. And yes, that's the same email you used to create an account to the website. Hope this clears things up.
