[Suggestion]Lottery

Hey!
So I basically want to propose getting a weekly Lottery for the forum. People would buy tickets for cheap (say 20 TBT), then all the tickets that were bought would be shuffled and a winner ticket would be picked randomly. The winner would either get a fixed amount of TBTs or the total (or a fraction of the total) of the total TBTs spent on the tickets.

Just something I thought could be fun to have on these forums.

Err, it seems people aren't well informed about it (not even a single winner was ever announced). The rules look weird though; 0+3-100? I bought a ticket just now, so does this mean I will be getting -97 if I win?

That's the numbers you have to get right, I think. So you need 3 numbers to win
